BodyMind Coaching Program

3 months of support includes:

90 Minute in person sessions, every 2 weeks. This program, at its roots, is based around self-discovery, self-expression, and self-reverence. I teach you how to understand the language your body speaks in order to lead a more fulfilling life and find freedom through expression.

Sessions include coaching and bodywork (the general framework is 45 minutes of coaching, 45 minutes on the table, but open to flow - sometimes more time is wanted or needed on one than the other). Bodywork sessions are custom and may include a variety of upgrades such as: Biomat, aromatherapy, Bamboo-fusion, hot stone, cupping, Ashiatsu, or Reiki (based on intuition & client needs/desires). Breathwork and EFT/Tapping are also options, and amazing tools to release stuck energy.

One month of custom frequency healing. This really helps balance emotions, which can have a huge impact physically and mentally! Scans 3x/week. You send a 10 sec voice clip 3 times a week and receive custom frequencies to play for 3 min,2-3 times a day.
