I Help People Sit Still Long Enough to Feel What's Really True

There's a moment on my table when the small talk fades and the body gets the memo - it's time to relax...and something shifts. That's the moment I'm always working toward. Your body downshifting. Not just a loosened muscle (although that's great, that's not the whole story). I know we got to the good stuff when a session can provide the kind of quiet where a human can feel what's true, underneath everything they've been managing and holding together. When a client messages me after their session and says "I had quite the revelation after our session," my heart flutters a little.
Most of us move through life so fast we never even get still enough to feel anything clearly. And when we do have a moment, we numb out. We drown out the language of our body with the noise in our mind. We confuse the actual signals our body is sending. What if you gave the tightness in your shoulders a voice? What would they say?
That's the real work I love to do. Bodywork is the entry point, but at it's core, it's allowing the truth to surface. Giving the body enough space to regulate so you can feel what's true. Then it's up to you what you do with that. I love to combine coaching with bodywork to fully bring language to the sensations of the body and help you actually live in your truth.
If you've been running on autopilot, putting everyone else's needs before your own, and you know something's off but can't quite name what...this work is for you. Book your bodywork session today at www.inhabithealing.com, or reach out and let's talk about if a coaching program would be a fit.
