What is Coaching, (Really) - and How Do You Know If It's for You?)

If you've been on my massage table, you know how powerful it is to finally feel like you can breathe again. To let your shoulders drop, to breathe deeper, and to remember how it feels to be held.
Coaching is a different kind of holding. Instead of holding the body (or in addition to), I hold space for your words, your story, your truth (for my blog post on holding space, click here: https://www.inhabithealing.com/post/holding-space-beyond-the-buzzword). I create a container
where you can finally say out loud the things that have felt too heavy to carry on your own. This creates space for you to find clarity and feel a sense of freedom and possibility open up.
Massage works through your muscles and nervous system, unwinding what's tight. Coaching works through your thoughts and patterns, loosening what keeps you stuck. Together, they remind you that you're whole and complete, and that alignment is the way.
So, who is my coaching work for?
Women who are caretakers, healers, feelers, therapists, teachers, moms - those who are always giving, and need to be reminded to create space to receive.
Women who feel stuck or "off" or just know there has to be more ease, more lightness, more them in their daily lives.
Women who want to move from surviving to truly inhabiting their life, finding magic in the mundane, and living life as art.
Massage helps you feel good in your body, and coaching helps you trust the voice inside of you - what a pair! One clears the tension; the other clears the noise.
If you're curious, please reach out. You don't even have to know exactly what you need - sometimes we work together at figuring that out as a first step. We'll take it step by step, together.
